Science has shown that not only is the universe expanding but the acceleration is increasing

I believe with no scientific evidence whatsoever that the universe will slow down and contract one day .

This is my thinking .The universe is somewhere around 14 billion years old .
But Google tells me the heat death of the universe isn't going to happen and till 10 ^ 103 years ..Therefore in the big scheme of things the big Bang just happened so of course we're going to be accelerating now. It's like the bomb just went off and the mushroom cloud isn't fully formed yet. Eventually stuff will slow down and collapse back .

anything can happen, really, but i think that unless there's some giant black hole out there somewhere that we don't know about, we're going to be expanding.
