If you do FFS STOP. The muscles will regenerate over and over, your back and joints never will. When they wear out, it HURTS and it never goes away!

Weights? no, I lift trees instead!

Thought it was a joke? nah, I have a coal fire so whenever a tree comes down in the wind I need to cut it into manageable pieces and carry it home. in order to make less trips these pieces are normally as long as my body is tall.

That depends on things like frequency, amount of weight lifted, proper form etc...

Lifting weights is something everyone should do.
