8 yrs ago, 11 mos ago - Tuesday 7/9/13 - 1:26:57 PM EST (GMT-5)

I'm calling bs. The average bladder holds like 17-18 oz, so unless you have more than double the capacity of the average human bladder, there's just no way that the 2.2 pounds was all urine weight.

Sometimes it can go down 2 pounds other times not at all.

Though my scale only measures in 0.5 increments.

I don't weigh before AND after. But I do make sure I empty myself before I weigh in at Weight Watchers.

maybe along with the full bladder, your body was working really hard to get it out
that might make up the difference

I have done this for popping
but I can't remember if anything changed

8 yrs ago, 11 mos ago - Thursday 7/11/13 - 4:14:07 PM EST (GMT-5)
In high school my friend and I ate as much pasta as we could and weighed ourselves before and after. I can't remember how many pounds difference we ended up with.

A 2.2 pound piss?? That's pretty impressive.
8 yrs ago, 11 mos ago - Sunday 7/21/13 - 5:12:15 PM EST (GMT-5)
