Yes it's been incredibly humid, much more than in the past.

It's really cold for summertime here. It's usually high 80s, low 90s, with the occasional deliciously cool day of 75. But now it hardly gets to 80 degrees even in the height of the day, and it gets COLD at night. Cold as in low 60s. We're used to t-shirt and swimming pool at night time here.

Very cold summer for sure.

The locals tell me that it's been record heat and humidity in this area lately. Last winter, it was record cold both here and in Florida where we were living.

11 yrs ago, 9 mos ago - Saturday 8/14/10 - 12:19:43 AM EST (GMT-5)
We have had a miserably hot summer. But I only live like 3.5 hours south of Kiki, I think.

I haven't really noticed much of a change here in London.
11 yrs ago, 9 mos ago - Saturday 8/14/10 - 8:21:00 AM EST (GMT-5)
Maryland is as usual: swealtering in the summer, wicked cold in the winter. There were iceburgs outside my door this past winter. No joke. Snow piled up soooooo high that it was unusual. But this summer's up to par, nothing extraordinary.
11 yrs ago, 9 mos ago - Saturday 8/14/10 - 8:25:41 AM EST (GMT-5)
It's winter over here but we haven't had as much rain as usual.
11 yrs ago, 9 mos ago - Saturday 8/14/10 - 8:55:19 AM EST (GMT-5)
Nothing unusual here.
11 yrs ago, 9 mos ago - Saturday 8/14/10 - 2:14:24 PM EST (GMT-5)
Eh, it changes every year.
I don't really care, as long as there is enough sunlight.
11 yrs ago, 9 mos ago - Saturday 8/14/10 - 2:39:45 PM EST (GMT-5)

Cuz it's hot enough to fry an egg on the sidewalk. Literally. My husband took this at work.

I retract this. Today has been unusual. It started raining this morning and stopped 10 minutes ago.

All day, chucking it down. Copenhagen is in complete chaos as storm drains and sewers have been unable to cope.

I suppose it can't be sunny and warm all summer.
11 yrs ago, 9 mos ago - Sunday 8/15/10 - 2:45:58 AM EST (GMT-5)
yeah its been the coldest summer ever. June was rainy rainy rain rain. really sucked.

11 yrs ago, 9 mos ago - Monday 8/16/10 - 11:57:03 AM EST (GMT-5)
It's just your typical hot and humid, dry summer here. Everybody has yellow grass and fat old men (or guys who think they're tough) walking around shirtless outside.
11 yrs ago, 9 mos ago - Tuesday 8/17/10 - 7:54:45 PM EST (GMT-5)
I think it's been more hot and humid this summer than other summers. But it could just be that it only seems that way after the cold winter.

The weather is usually unusual here at least once a year. It has been very hot.
