Rarely, especially when I was into 'astral projection' (never managed to make it out of body) & meditation. Hasn't happened to me in years, though.

No. When I realize that I'm dreaming, I wake up.

Yes, but rarely.
For some reason I don't dream very often, so when i do I know i'm dreaming. And my dreams are always very vivid.

Very rarely. When it does happen, I try to control the dreams as long as I can. Unless it's a nightmare. If it's a nightmare, I end up on the floor in an awkward position after fighting to wake up.

Only once in a while - but once I become aware its a dream I just go along with whatever the situation is but in a totally blase way even if something mind-blowing is happening.

I've never been able to do that.
Usually when I realize I'm just dreaming, I end up just waking myself.

There's tips and tricks, fo sho! You have to kind of train your brain but once your brain gets the hang of it you can do it pretty easily.

The infographic I posted (with the spoiler) has some. Also, have you watched the film Waking Life? There's one scene specifically which talks about lucid dreaming.

I've never heard of that movie.
That's an interesting infographic. I never used to record my dreams, but I may start.

Awesome, let me know how it goes!!
I've done a lot of dream sharing, analysis, learning about when I dream more if there are certain things going on in my life, diet, exercise, substance use, sleep routine, and other aspects of lifestyle can all affect dreaming.
It's a great tool for self awareness and inspiration.

I would like to talk to you about this but it looks like you haven't been on YT in quite a while.

I've had lucid dreams for as long as I can remember. I don't have as much control as used to though.

I have before, but not usually. Makes no difference to me, really, as long as I get to dream every night.

Pretty much every night. I wish they would go away. I feel like I am constantly awake.
