this is actually a huge deal to me. I don't watch her show, but the Oprah show is just one of those things that I thought would always exist...I thought it was immortal.

well, yeah, it is kind of big because Oprah controls the minds of millions.
Personally, I don't watch it, but seeing it canceled is like seeing a childhood actor die; you know it's gonna happen, but you don't expect it to be in your lifetime.
