One of my favorite groups ever. Maybe favorite period. So it's hard to pick just one song. It would be close between "Heartache Tonight" and "Lyin' Eyes".

Yeah, Desperado is probably my favorite too. We saw them when they were in concert for the reunion tour, and it was so great live.

Probably Life in the Fast Lane, maybe Take it Easy.
And why can't people say Hotel California? Who are you to tell someone they can't have that as their favorite song? Or do you think you're special because yours isn't Hotel California, like that's some kind of accomplishment?

I'm gonna say Hotel California out of spite.
And also because I'm lame and never really listened to The Eagles and only know Hotel California.
Bwahaha!

I like take it easy. Joe Walsh had some good solo ones too, like "Life's been good", and "Rocky Mountain Way"

There are probably several songs you know. You just don't know it's the Eagles.

Hotel California is their most popular song. For every person out there who only knows that one song, there are probably a dozen who know more but still prefer HC.

Learn to Be Still.
I do really love Hotel California though.
I enjoy the fact that Eagles still produce good music and that Hell Freezes Over was such an amazing album after having been broken up for so long.

dude, the first time I seriously smoked weed (not just f*ckin' around with a foily, but an actual joint), I did it with this guy I barely knew. He put on a CD of the Eagles and played Hotel California about 75 times in a row. I don't like the Eagles now.

"Journey Of The Sorcerer." I bought the CD of "One Of These Nights" just to get that song.
I'm also quite partial to "Get Over It," I bought that as a single sometime in the mid '90s.

I only own the Hotel California album and know some other rather popular tracks that generally are far too county-ish for my liking. So I'd go with those who say Hotel California. It's simply a pretty well done song.

If I can't say Hotel California, I'll say Take It Easy.
The eagerness portrayed is endearing. "So open up, I'm climbin' in." He just gets right into that car with the cute girl. Aw.
