There's this one house around us where at different times of the year there's this one person who makes this evil cackle every time she laughs, and it can be heard 100 feet away. But sadly I don't have any interesting story behind it to tell everyone, since I've never even met them.
But other than that nothing special. I'm sure the rest of youthink has something more interesting to say about their neighbors.

Yeah, there's this woman who lives nearby, and it seems like she spends the whole day limping to the store and back. She's always smoking, and she always asks passersby for money. Last year whenever she was addressing me, I was "miss", but starting from about february, I've been "Mrs", even though I'm only 15.

Two doors down the hall from us in the apartment buildings, lives this old guy. Think "old guy from UP" kind of old guy. Well, in the summer, when it's hot, he puts a Russian Nesting doll in the door frame to keep the door open. I've snuck a peak inside

I had my canoe on the top of my truck the other day, when I woke up the next day there was a red flag on the back of it to make it legal to drive. Who is that nice? My neighbors, apparently.

One set of neighbors constantly fight with one another. They don't even have the decency to close their windows when they start swearing at one another. They're extreme hypocrites as well...the minute anyone else in the neighborhood makes any noise, they freak out and complain...like they have any right. I want to move just to get away from them.

Two Italian guys. They're kind of funny.
One always does a sh*t ton of work and the other sits around and yells at him. Its so funny.
The one Italian guy was painting the house while his brother was all yelling at him and stuff.

My other neighbors' kids are drug dealers and thugs...they scare me and they purposely park in my designated parking space (I live in a condo) just because they know I don't have the guts to say anything about. Seriously, if I went to the landlord, they'd probably break in my house and kill me, I'm not kidding.

I don't have many neighbors, but there's an alcoholic guy down the street that's living in his house for free. His landlord takes pity on him and doesn't evict him. besides the alcoholism part, he's got a pretty sweet deal. and he has a big black shaggy dog that's freakin awesome.

The weirdest I have is the guy across the road who plays Karaoke with himself every second night.
He's very good at altering every song into some weird version of opera, and add a bit of swearing at his kids in the middle of it.
It gets pretty interesting when he remixes Madonna songs to be badass and full of irrelevant swearing.
