But is it true?
Anyway, no, I criticize myself enough that they don't need to. I really need to start working out again.

I actually have the most healthy habits out of my family...so my family assumes that I silently criticise theirs...which is only true to an extent.

Even if it's true, her mom doesn't have to call her fat. She could just ask her if she wants to go for a walk, or show her healthy recipes, or even just say she's concerned for her health.

Euphemisms. Doesn't change the fact that either way, she's telling you you're fat and that you need to change it.
Now, if you're not really fat, then who cares what she says? Just tell her to drat off. But if you're fat, maybe you should take her advice.

Unless you like being fat for some strange reason.

she doesn't tell me that i'm fat and i need to change it...mainly she just says that i'm fat...(i'm just a few pounds overweight).
but i guess that would explain why she asked me to go on a walk with her a few minutes ago...she doesn't really give me advice she just complains how fat i am and invites me to go on walks with her.
nobody else critizes me about my weight. she's the only one.

Tell her it's her sh*tty genes that make you the way you are in the first place, so she has no one to blame but herself.

that's not true though!
i used to be skinny (up until i was 12 or so)....but then i stopped exercising so i gained weight..
usually when i exercise, i lose weight...i can lose weight if i exercise but i don't.
it's completely up to me though.
so if i exercised i would lose weight and not be fat...it's my fault.

Wow, you're one of the first people I've even heard of taking the blame for their weight. Good for you. Most people blame their thyroid.

To add to this, maybe stop calling it "exercise." I think when people hear that word they just think too much and end up not doing anything. I like to jazz it up - instead of just going to the stinky gym and using strange contraptions while hearing people groan loudly, I'll go play a sport or something.

Yeah. People get on my case all the time about being a "health freak".. but I'm really not. I eat crappy fast food sometimes, too.. It's just kinda rare because I love to cook.

Somehow! Like, it would bug me if I was unhealthy but really, I get criticized for being somewhat healthy, like not overeating and not drinking and eating certain stuff. I mean, I don't criticize anyone for being so obviously unhealthy, why do I have to get criticized for trying to be healthy? Ugh, gets me frustrated.
