Should this man win his lawsuit against the New York Yankees, after they ejected him from the ballpark for being drunk and going to the restroom during the singing of 'God Bless America'?
A fan who says he was ejected from Yankee Stadium by police after he left his seat to use the bathroom during the playing of "God Bless America" is suing the New York Yankees and the city. Bradford Campeau-Laurion says in his federal lawsuit his rights were violated.

I don't know about that. Yankees tickets (if their anything like Redsox tickets) are hard to get and can be rather expensive and they deprived him of those tickets that were rightfully his (assuming his side of the story is true).

Well, from what is showing in the story, it sounds like he was being kind of obnoxious. But if security guards were escorting him out just because he had to use the bathroom, then I think the lawsuit is justified. When did it become a crime to walk out during a song. It may have been just a little in poor taste during God Bless America, but no law dictates you have to stay.

Eh...he should go ahead and sue the Yankees anyway for existing. I hate them.
