That's a hard decision for me.
On one hand, I'd like to go to the eye doctor because I want to get contacts, but on the other hand, going to the dentist gets me one step closer to getting these braces off

the dentist and I don't like each other. I take good care of my teeth. The dentist likes to pull on them and scratch them up.
I've only done cursory check-ups with the eye-doctor. I'm in there long enough for him to say that I've got some of the best vision in town and send me on my way with a lollipop.

Dentist. I can't tell you how much it sucks to have a blinding light shined directly in your eye when you've only got one of them.

I don't really like going to either one but I prefer going to the eye doctor.

Dentist. You just sit there with your mouth open and someone cleans your teeth for you. Then they give you a free tooth brush and tooth paste and floss.

Ive never been to an eye doctor, but I always hated covering one eye and reading off that stupid chart with letters and numbers on it and whatnot, My friend has to go to the eye doctor all the time to get her eyes checked or dialated or whatever and she can hardly see for hours afterward and she gets headaches and all that. I enjoy my sight and being able to drive myself to and from the dentist and not having to bum a ride.

Dentist. If I'm going to the eye doctor, it's because I'm getting glasses. I know I'm getting glasses, but my dad has got it in his head, that I'm too young to get contacts. Also, he thinks I wouldn't take care of them well enough, since you can only find soft contacts in Finland, and apparently they get infected more easily than hard ones.

Eye doctor. Everytime I go to the eye doctor he says my eyes are fine except for some mild astigmatism.

I go to the dentist and he tells me I need 2 root canals and that they will cost close to $4000.

Dentist, because he is my Uncle too.

I have cavity-prone teeth, though, so I don't like going to the dentist, because there's a chance I'll need a filling.

As much as I hate the air-puff test, a trip to the opthemologist is almost always less painful than a trip to the dentist.

And less embarrassing.
