I've made questions about banning happy hours, banning shots, closing early, etc., all in an effort to stop binge drinking and loads of young people dying from alcohol poisoning. Now this ... they want them to play with bubbles? Can anything stop the binge drinking and rowdy behavior?

I'm beginning to think Kiki might be the Grinch. ("In a poor disguise" I'd say, if I was trying to be mean...but I don't want to be mean, so I am comparing her to the Grinch in spirit only)
