If they have enough hair and they need to wear a swimsuit and they are concerned about it, bikini waxes are fine. I think waxing is probably the best method for hair there.
I guess some girls are going through puberty at an early age.

However, other waxes...like a brazilian wax or whatever? I'd say they're too young for that. There's no reason to get something like that done.

Yes! Children that young should not be worrying about stuff like that yet. I'm not sure exactly at what age girls normally get pubic hair, but I was 9 when I first did, and my doctor told my mom that I was very early. Just my opinion.
