Even after asking someone to help make a decision on something, do you tend to not follow their choice?
You ask someone if you should go to the mall or the flea market to go clothes shopping. They say the mall, but you decide on the flea market instead.

to get feedback. think out loud. bounce ideas off someone else. sometimes it helps even if you choose thier advice, its helpful to express outloud
