I think it should be shut down just because he's a hypocritical assh*le. He criticizes women for needing nose jobs or having the absolute most miniscule amount of cellulite, and he's an ugly geeky fat f*ck himself.

There's that, but I also dislike the way he tries to drag everyone and their mom out of the closet if he suspects that they're gay. I find that sleazy and insensitive.

I absolutely hate celebrity paparazzi-wannabe's like himself. And I hate the fact that just because he's in that "position" and has that type of career that he's allowed to dish out insults all he wants with little to no backlash. I'm sick of celebrity gossip whores and uppity fashionista red carpet snots getting away with saying hideously offensive things that even I cringe to hear, and I hate most celebrities. They're lucky that they're so pathetic that they couldn't even become famous A-listers, because let me tell you, there's a lot of things "wrong with them", by Hollywood standards. I hope he gets sued. |

I love Perez Hilton...But if he's breaking the law then yes, I suppose they should shut him down until he shapes up. I would figure he makes enough money to buy his own pics from the photogs anyway.

I think copyright of the picture, should be long to the object of the picture if it is a person. Unless they waive it.
