After the pet food and toothpaste scares, are you now wary of consumable products that come from China? Diethylene glycol, a poisonous ingredient in some antifreeze, has been found in 6,000 tubes of toothpaste in Panama, and customs officials there said yesterday that the product appeared to have originated in China. http://www.nytimes.com/2007/05/19/w...

My dog's food was affected, but luckily my toothpaste was made in the good old U.S.A. I think mostly dollar-type store toothpaste was the kind affected though.
