Do you exercise your mirror neurons daily? When you perform an action, certain neurons in your brain fire that allow you to eventually do the task without even thinking about it. It was found that by watching a performed action, the same neurons fire. Meaning that watching Tiger Woods play helps to make you a better golfer.
