Raccoons maybe, but badgers and possums are ugly as sin. Badgers especially--then again, maybe they're not really THAT ugly and it's just that stupid badger song that everyone for some reason seems to love made me not like them.

Yes! There was a possum in my yard last night and I was talking baby-talk to it. Everyone else I know says they look like giant rats but I think they're adorable. So are racoons and badgers....and skunks. I love skunks. |

Eww, possums, no! I used to have them in my yard and hated them. They were replaced by racoons, and I did kind of like them. Now, we have neither. I don't really know what a badger looks like, but it sounds cute.  |

I bet the vast majority of you who have said possums are ugly are actually referring to opossums. Possum:

 To answer the question, though, raccoons are quite cute. Badgers are cute, but when they growl they turn from cute to hideous. I find badgers hilarious, mostly for this reason. Possums are adorable, and opossums can be cute, but once they open their mouth their extremely ugly. |

Raccoons are adorable. Possums and badgers, not so much. Around here, we call opossums space rats.

Baby possums, yes... All raccoons, yes....it pains me when I see one ran over in the road.. They're intellect is up there with a bear. I've not been around badgers. I'll throw skunks into this mix and say without a doubt I've personally found them to be sweet natured and lovable. |
