Flawed logic is an oxymoron, what you're talking about is illogical logic, but logic itself doesn't have to be logical.

For instance, the classical statement:
If the grass is green, god exists
Grass is green
Therefore, god exists

Is perfect logic, but obviously flawed. Logic is not supposed to be unflawed.

Interesting gender gap here.

It's distorted logic in the thinker who believes it, yes.

I think Trips is right in what he said, if I understood him correctly. The "green grass" syllogism is logically valid, though false, because its first premise is false (where logic dictates that a logically valid argument with true premises cannot have a false conclusion). Conversely, true premises can lead to a false conclusion if the logical form is invalid. Logic is detached from the actual truth values of an argument's premises.

Still, it's hard to know what the question is driving at. Incorrect use of logic, such as in the second picture, is obviously "not logical". However, there has been some exploration of "paraconsistent" logics which, with a common sense approach to logic, would be "flawed". Paraconsistent logics abandon certain intuitively undeniable axioms of logic and inference; consequently, the term "flawed" may betray a certain logical bias.

Some of these have come about through consideration of paradoxes, which relate to the earlier part of the first post. Paradoxes are instances in which (apparently) true premises lead by (apparently) valid reasoning to clearly false conclusions. Dialetheias (true contradictions) entail some sort of paraconsistent logic, and one motivation to embrace dialetheias has arisen out of efforts to resolve paradoxes by modifying the inferences and axioms of logic itself to render them non-problematic.

Well, way to completely kill off the debate before it even started.

That appears to be the case.

Flawed logic is still logic--however, I believe that using a true statement to prove a false statement to be true is immoral, and frankly, nothing more than a very weak and pathetic use of logic.

Also, I believe kyry's explanation may have just accidentally killed Dr. Spock.
