Not completely, a lot of people are intolerant to it. It is not a completely natural thing, but it is still good food.

*I* don't need it. It's GROSS, and even 2% is 100 calories per cup. I literally haven't had milk (aside from soy milk) in several years, and I and my bones are fine.

You might get osteoperosis when you're older though.

Yeah, well, in the right amounts anyway. It's full of calcium-y goodness.

Just a copy / paste : "Doctors say cow's milk can lead to iron deficiency anemia, allergies, diarrhea, heart disease, colic, cramps, gastrointestinal bleeding, sinusitis, skin rashes, acne, increased frequency of colds and flus, arthritis, diabetes, ear infections, osteoporosis, asthma, autoimmune diseases, and more, possibly even lung cancer, multiple sclerosis and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma". We can't eat or drink any f*cking thing anymore! Everything has a friggin side effect. Leave us the f*ck alone. Our grandparents used to eat whatever the bloody hell was thrown at them and they are some of the healthiest people I know.

Exactly. I mean, we're not going to get healthier if we're trying to avoid all of these 'diseases.'

Just listing the diseases to try to justify the fact that I hate milk Oh and by the way, beware: carrots kill, bungee jumping might give you a flu and Saturday night's bingo with your grandma will give you cancer.

I don't think it's healthy for humans because it's meant for BABY COWS. I also find it ironic that people will drink cow milk but are disgusted by the thought of drinking breast milk.

I don't know. There are other places you can get calcium, and it seems really unhealthy to drink milk when you're older, especially another animal's milk...

It has lots of calcium and other vitamins that are good for you but to me it just tastes unhealthy. Like, really thick and goopy. No matter how little fat they claim there is.

I really like milk, and I need to keep high levels of calcium because there's a history of osteoperosis in my family, but it's looking like I've developed a dairy allergy, so I'm stuck either way! It is healthy because it's the best way of getting calcium etc, but it does contain a great deal of fat. I've always had the fully skimmed stuff though, so I can drink that with no problem because it's what I'm used to.
