Should certain members of the United States government and military be called to trial over the use of white phosphorus in Iraq and Afghanistan? The Pentagon`s admission - despite earlier denials - that US troops used white phosphorus as a weapon in Falluja last year is more than a public relations issue - it has opened up a debate about the use of this weapon in modern warfare. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/am...

I think whoever decided it was okay to use should be covered head to toe in it as a punishment after the trial that finds them guilty of war crimes.
