No, stupid question, white phosphorus is just another weapon. Its been used for a long time, and if its effective I hope it keeps being used.

I could have sworn this question was a repeat...

But anyways, no, I don't. It's modern warfare. Would you feel better if we went back to fighting with clubs?

After the way the friendly fire incident in Afg. was handled, and the way Lynndie England was made to hang for Abu Ghraib, I don't have a whole lot of faith that a trial would do anything.

Only if the entire human race was called to trial and held to account for all violence and weapons ever used in all of history. Otherwise it just seems like hypocrisy.

well if Saddam hung for brutally murdering lots of innocents, and then someone in the US Government decided it was okay to rain down a substance that literally melts your flesh causeing a slow agonizing death, and it rains down on innocent people... I think whoever decided it was okay to use should be covered head to toe in it as a punishment after the trial that finds them guilty of war crimes.

Yes, they should be and then jailed after started a war over apparently nothing since Iraq didn't have weapons of mass destruction.
