Yes. I don't trust FEMA and I don't trust these smaller organizations that say they will donate to the Katrina victims either.

^Heh... who DOES trust FEMA...?
16 yrs ago, 7 mos ago - Thursday 10/6/05 - 9:30:14 PM EST (GMT-5)
I don't trust FEMA either.. Well who are we supposed to give the money to?? They individual people and say go and rebuild? It will not happen.
16 yrs ago, 7 mos ago - Thursday 10/6/05 - 9:31:20 PM EST (GMT-5)
we give the victims the money and they will be out getting lap dances at the topless bar and buying 800 dollar LV purses the same way they were with the debit cards.

just like they did with Iraq. Bush's administration all got their buddies and relatives in the oil and construction business preference over those that could do the best job.

Isn't that a little self centred...

Well it aint my money
16 yrs ago, 5 mos ago - Friday 12/2/05 - 1:00:51 PM EST (GMT-5)
Nope, because I didn't give any.

16 yrs ago, 3 mos ago - Wednesday 2/15/06 - 11:00:40 PM EST (GMT-5)
do I even care? as long as the money is being used for some good I really don't give a f*ck
16 yrs ago, 3 mos ago - Wednesday 2/15/06 - 11:04:36 PM EST (GMT-5)
I can see that you don't give a f*ck because you live in Australia. But over here the answer is no. Whatever monetary relief comes will be syphened by corrupt politicians and contractors.
16 yrs ago, 3 mos ago - Tuesday 2/21/06 - 7:30:17 AM EST (GMT-5)
The simple fact is that the money for hurricane relief could not be handled any worse than the money spent in Iraq through no bid contracts. A good portion of this money will be pilfered because the odds are that those stealing won't get caught or at least won't get caught for everything they stole. Halliburton got caught drastically overcharging the government in Iraq (ex. $84 for $16 sheets of plywood) and they are still getting new contracts.
16 yrs ago, 3 mos ago - Friday 2/24/06 - 7:45:48 PM EST (GMT-5)
amen reynoldsnf, we can supply well connected u.s. companies with no bid contracts but we can't rebuild one of our own cities.
16 yrs ago, 3 mos ago - Friday 2/24/06 - 7:47:12 PM EST (GMT-5)
Way to turn something with absolutely no connection to Iraq into anti-war propaganda.
16 yrs ago, 3 mos ago - Friday 2/24/06 - 7:53:45 PM EST (GMT-5)
no actually there is a connection harold, the bush admin. cut funding for the levee systems in N.O. and then went on to spend 300 some odd billion dollars on a phony zinonist war in iraq. of my tax money I might add. do you pay taxes harold because I pay alot.
16 yrs ago, 3 mos ago - Friday 2/24/06 - 7:57:23 PM EST (GMT-5)
The money you donate to the Red Cross or whichever charity for the hurricane victims has nothing to do with the war. If the Red Cross misappropriates that money, it's not Bush's fault.

And Bush wasn't the only president to ignore the levees, so they definitely have nothing to do with the non-zionist war.

16 yrs ago, 3 mos ago - Friday 2/24/06 - 8:01:29 PM EST (GMT-5)
Nobody's talking about the red cross, we're talking about the government response and the allocated money by FEMA. And no I didn't donate money to the red cross, because I live in Louisiana so I had a family living in my house for three weeks...

by the way here's an article I absolutely love...

You're really hung up on that Zionist thing, aren't you.
