A lot of members have fragile ego's, no backbones, an inability to take command, bossiness that extends from that, a lack of pragmatic thinking. I think I would be a great partner on that show, but I don't know if I could be a good leader, although I would certaintly be good in show aspects, as I would follow advice and let people work with their strengths, rather than doing it all on my own. Too many times PM's have this obession with their "vision", which is impractical and kills them in the end because it's too complex.
