Yep, Im always freezing and my boyfriend always thinks it is too hot in here, so when ever he is out I crank the heat up and make sure it is off by the time he comes home.

I don't do it because me and my husband like it really cold, but I did it when I was growing up. My mom keeps the AC at like 78, which to me makes no sense. I'd turn it down secretly and get yelled at. My in-laws have wars over it too - he will turn it down to save money and his wife will turn it up to get warm.

i prefer it cold so, i will always make it colder. however, i only change it in my house i'd feel bad doing it somwhere else

I think nothing can cause a fight faster than arguing over how warm/cool to keep the air.
Home and/or Office, both are touchy subjects.

Sometimes. It's like an on-going war that no one talks about in my house. My room is always cold and my dad's solution is just to put on more clothes. I can't sleep comfortably in two sweat shirts and two pairs of pants!

Yes, but I'm not that secretive about it. My room is located such that the a/c enters directly into it and about 80% stays there. My room is either really hot in winter or really cold in the summer, so i'm always changing it to find a medium.
