I think I would like to because in that photos it looks pretty great, but I'm claustrophobic and I don't think I could!

WOOOOW! I DIDN'T KNOW YOU COULD GET UNDERWATER RESTAURAUNTS! *faints*
17 yrs ago - Saturday 5/21/05 - 1:20:36 PM EST (GMT-5)
It would be fun, but I think while I was eating I'd constantly be thinking about Jaws - even though that Jaws was pretty awful. Jaws 3, I think?

Do they serve seafood? Because that might get a little weird, too.

Yeah, although I would be making sure the walls could take the weight of the water
17 yrs ago - Saturday 5/21/05 - 2:42:38 PM EST (GMT-5)
That looks so great. I would definitely eat there.

I have never heard of this before. That looks neat. Yes, I would definately do it. I don't know if I could eat seafood there, though. Having the same type of fish that I was eating swim over me might be weird.

I was in an underwater bar in Hawaii, but it was only under a pool. It was funny to watch what all the people did in the pool when they didn't think anyone could see them!
17 yrs ago - Saturday 5/21/05 - 2:59:41 PM EST (GMT-5)
Yeah, I'd love to. What an experience!
17 yrs ago - Saturday 5/21/05 - 3:17:43 PM EST (GMT-5)
Yeah I would love too, that looks so awesome!

I read this as "Would you like to eat at an underwear restaurant?"...

Maybe, depends on my mood...

17 yrs ago - Saturday 5/21/05 - 4:08:49 PM EST (GMT-5)
^ I know! I was just going to say that exact same thing.

Possibly. It looks pretty and all but I would be too worried about the glass giving way and me dying.

17 yrs ago - Saturday 5/21/05 - 4:16:34 PM EST (GMT-5)
Yes, that would be so neat! I'd love to, it would be so pretty.
17 yrs ago - Saturday 5/21/05 - 4:20:42 PM EST (GMT-5)
It would be even cooler if the restaurant was in a submarine, so it moved around. Tour the Titanic while eating seafood!
17 yrs ago - Saturday 5/21/05 - 4:26:09 PM EST (GMT-5)
That would be awesome. I wonder if any exist? Probably more expensive than my taste though.
17 yrs ago - Saturday 5/21/05 - 8:52:52 PM EST (GMT-5)
That would be very, very, very cool.

Well in her story, she said where one was.

Depends underwater of what. The Great Lake?
17 yrs ago - Saturday 5/21/05 - 9:10:43 PM EST (GMT-5)
reminds me of the tunnel thingies they have in the aquarium of the rockies in gatlinburg.

This is the first completely underwater one, but when I was in the Bahamas I ate at one that had a giant aquarium behind the wall. It was so cool to be eating and see a sting ray or shark swim right next to you! I don't know how seafood eaters could do it though...
16 yrs ago, 11 mos ago - Sunday 5/22/05 - 11:52:02 AM EST (GMT-5)
As long as the theme of the food wasn't fish.
16 yrs ago, 11 mos ago - Sunday 5/22/05 - 12:06:13 PM EST (GMT-5)
No, I can't swim and that would make me uber nervous.
16 yrs ago, 11 mos ago - Sunday 5/22/05 - 12:06:41 PM EST (GMT-5)
Like a few others before me, I though this said "underwear restaurant," too, and I looked first at the chairs in the photos, looking for some diners in their underwear. Finally I figured out that the blue skies were actually water.

I think I'd be okay, unless the effect was anything like those 360 degree theaters where they mess with your equilibrium or something.

16 yrs ago, 11 mos ago - Sunday 5/22/05 - 12:09:40 PM EST (GMT-5)
Nope...I'd be so paranoid about the glass breaking.
16 yrs ago, 11 mos ago - Tuesday 5/24/05 - 8:30:50 PM EST (GMT-5)
yes, that would be soo cool.
16 yrs ago, 11 mos ago - Tuesday 5/24/05 - 8:40:11 PM EST (GMT-5)
