I think they do it to compete with other celebrities who have had plastic surgery. Because so many have, the pressure to look "perfect" gets stronger and stronger. I think they feel they have to.

I think it's more of the altogether pressure to look good as a celebrity... being ratted on by tabloids is one factor of that.
