Yeah I had to read a lot about it to understand it - at first I thought it was like a video game, like it showed video of realistic looking animals you could 'shoot' from your house. So I thought it was a good thing! But what it really is, is some kind of remote link to 'sniper' towers all over the world - when people 'shoot' on the screen, the trigger on an actual gun deploys and an animal is actually killed. Some of the animals are exotic and endangered, because they can't enforce poaching laws over the internet. It's absolutely insane, hopefully they ban it soon!

I think it's one of the sickest things I've ever heard of. If I were God, I'd sniper out all these f*cktards from my tower in heaven.

The only reason for anyone to hunt is for food and if someone can afford a computer they can afford to pay for food at the store.

Wait 'til it graduates to a clock tower with people instead of animals...

I'm no hunter, but see no need to ban the sport--killing one's own food isn't much different than paying for slaughterhouse food. As far as remote control hunting, I don't understand how the food actually gets to the 'hunter'. I'm not a big supporter of killing for the sake of killing...

Thats crazy if your not there when you kill it, whats the point? just to kill for poos and giggles? At least hunters do something (like put the head on the wall - oh so constructive to do with a living creature).....

While they may put the head on the wall, hunters typically eat the rest (or at least the edible parts) of the animal...

I think you've missed the point. They use remote controls to fire bullets into real animals. That's not the same as a video game. They actually kill real animals.

I don't think you should kill anything anyway.

Of course. My post was wrong, though it was about hunting games. I don't keep dumb posts like some people.

I had never heard of this. Doesn't seem like a good idea to me, but then again, I don't really condone hunting as a "sport", either.

not only do i think that hunting has outlived it's usefulness in this country, but that's just lazy. if you're going to kill something for fun, you should at least have to get yourself out of a computer chair and work to do it.
