No. I would only support the measure if Iran was planning on using them against others.

I would support Bush in whatever he decides to do. If Iran is making bombs then we will probably be the first to be attacked. If we don't do something about it now then we probably deserve it. Just like Iraq, if nothing was done about it, they would of attacked us. Hell, the insurgents are killing more Iraqies than we are. They are killing their own people. I think that they are sick mentally. They don't want peace because they never have had peace. They don't knpw what it feels like to be free. They have been under oppresion for so long, they don't know the difference. We need to pray for them as well as Israel and Packastan. Maybe that is what God is waiting for us to do.

reaslimshady, that's a very enlightened post. About what I'd expect from someone who's s.n. is taken from eminem. I actually just tried to ask a similar question. Yes, an attack on Iran would be fully justified. The whole time we've been in Iraq, people have been saying that Iran is in fact the bigger threat. Well, now's the time to take that threat out.

Of course. Only we can have nuclear weapons, and that's that!

I would only support it if Iran becomes an actual threat to the world's security and if multiple nations, not just the US, are also supporting an invasion of Iran.

That's smart. Go in head first and invade a country with nukes.
Here's a novel concept: Diplomacy

If diplomacy fails isn't part of the question However, if diplomacy fails I'd prefer to see whatever military action we take be better organized and planned than Iraq.

Well since, according to cnn, rice is now threatening Iran... what a bad idea, can't we just mind our own country's business for once?(US)I would not support bush, especially since he was wrong about W of MD in Iraq.

Of course not, first it was Afganistan, then Irak, now Iran...And after Iran, which country is going to be the next? It has to be stopped.

many people fail to understand that by involving ourselves in the middle east we are actually protecting ourselves. With weapons today like nukes and biological weapons, sometimes the best defense is a good offense, because we aren't going to defend agains weapons like that if we wait for them to come to us.

WE have nukes. And we're the only nation that's ever used them on someone else. Why is it that we feel that it's OK for us to have nukes, but no one else?

We are? Not that I can tell. Show me how other nations have been less responsible with their nukes than we have been with ours. We're already investigating "bunker buster" nukes - we've not only used them, but we're planning to develope another type so we can use them again.

Iran is lead by an oil cash crazed dictator, and many of the people do not have their basic rights and have never actually tasted freedom. If Iran had nukes, do you think that that would be alright with the world?
