I have heard that the Brits have bad teeth. And bad teeth leads to bad breath. So......hmmmmmmm......

haha! This question rules. Cryn, I think it's because the British have a reputation for awful breath/teeth.

That's Mike Meyers as Austin Powers, a British person - haven't you ever seen that one Andybarron?

I guess this shows how out of touch people are. Teeth in Britain aren't horrible... I'm not even sure where that stereotype started (apart from Austin Powers).

The stereotype started from around the 1600s I think (or it may have been the 1400s, slight difference!), when Britain started importing gargantuan amounts of sugar from other countries and as people back then didnt have toothbrushes or place much emphasis on hygiene, they got bad teeth. Evidently America is a little behind the times in realising that this is no longer the case.

most of the people who say that the british people have bad breath probably havent ever been to britain, anyway, compared with the obesity problem in the US, bad breath isnt really a problem is it?
