I think a tooth ache would be worse because usually with toothaches you get earaches, whereas an earache doesn't necessarily mean you have a toothache. Ya know? Good question though. And I know because my wisdom teeth are coming in and they hurt like a female dog and I have an earache too. LOL.

Ear aches, because for me they are either paired with a headache or an infected piercing.

Toothache, that usually means you need a filling or a root canal, whereas with an earache all you have to do is take ear drops or something of the like.

For me, really bad earaches are the worst possible pain, but that's just my personal opinion.

A really bad tooth ache. I got my wisdom teeth pulled out, and that was painful.

Never realy had a bad tooth ache... I get ear infections about once a year... those can be really painful.

Earache is FAR worse because your whole throat can feel swollen and painful and it keeps you up all night, and your ear throbs and goes red. Argh horrible memories.

I'll have to say earache because i have had some tooth pain that i could overlook or deaden with pain meds, but earaches have caused me many sleepless nights and also caused me to lose balance so bad i ended up getting hurt worse than either a toothache or earache.

I dont think Ive ever had an earache before, if I have its been a long long time.... but I know tooth pain. grrr. I cant sleep with that!
