i dont know about that UL and UWG. a few years ago i helped a friend who owned a floral shop when one of his drivers quit. many people answered the door in just a towel or robe. the biggest shock was during a delivery of wedding flowers. the bride and her sister came into the living room to check out the boquets in nothing but white push up bras and thongs. both women were very attractive and i stood there with eyes like saucers and my mouth agape. it wasnt until their mother said "OK THANKS, YOU CAN LEAVE..." that i realized i was staring. my point ultimatley is that some people are so in their own world, they dont even realize what they are doing.
