Even if the people were telling the tructh, 1100 problems, would not equal 3,000,000+ votes. I doubt that there is any validitity to the reports anyway.

I read through the rest of the article--it seems like the "Voters nationwide reported some 1,100 problems with electronic voting machines" really means that they found 1100 problems--certainly not anywhere near the 3 million mark...

It says "votes nation wide reported some 1100 problems". I don't see any other number. How many were there?

You didn't even have to go to the story to read where the others were, it says right in the same paragraph that 'several dozen voters in six states' came forward as well.

We'll say several dozen equal 12 dozen. so 12x12=144 + 1100 = 1244. Still not quite 3,000,000 votes. And I'm still not sure I believe it. The dems will never admit absolute defeat. There is always a scam or conspiriacy that made them loose.

Mmmmhmm...see it's all going to come out soon that the e-voting machines were all rigged, and someone will have to eat their words Computer Glitch Changes Election Result To be honest I don't firmly believe there was tampering, I just wouldn't be surprised if there was. Those machines were a bad choice anyway, e-voting sucks. At least when chads hang, there's something physical there to see

I just wish either there would be some real proof provided that there was tampering or the left would just admitt their lost and get on with their lives, whichever I'm just already sick of it.

1100 voting machine problems multiplied by 5000 voters per district is more than enough to turn the election.. why not just have florida and ohio vote with real ballots and throw out everyone else's vote because they don't matter anyway...??

1,100 VOICED complaints most likely means there were at least ten times that many actual problems (if not many many more). It seems like most of the complaints came from close-race states as well... Sure, it wouldn't make a 3 million vote difference, but it might have made a 100K vote difference in a contested state...

That's possible, I never really thought about that but yeah that might be why Kerry didn't win.

This is funny. Some people are all to stupid to read instructions and vote, they end up voting for the other candidate. I suppose this is nothing new.

I knew when I went to vote I was getting a paper ballot. I would not have accepted a 'black box voting machine'.
