No, I know exactly how hungry I am. I have a genetic weirdness that my hands shake when I'm hungry, so I can tell exactly how hungry I am based on how hard my hands are shaking.

It's the opposite for me actually..When I start feeling hungry, is when i know i'm hungry...If that makes any sense at all  |

Yes, that happens if I wake up early and eat. Any other time of the day I would get the shakes if I was really hungry.

occasionally, jaa.. but then sometimes ill eat when i dont feel all that hungry and afterwards i feel really hungry and need to eat more.. if that makes sense lol |
