No. I'd just let them wear what they wanted too. Maybe they liked those clothes and thought that it did look good on them. I have no right to complain to people about their style unless it is totally inappropriate for the occasion(i.e. wearing a tank top and shorts to a funeral). I don't have that much style myself.

No because I'm the one who would need my style improved. Thank goodness my friends don't care. I don't particularly WANT my style improved - it's my style!

Only if it got in the way of their life, for example, if people picked on her/him SO much s/he couldn't concentrate & get good grades, then yeah I'd step in.

Confront them? As in, "Right! You should know better than to wear that stuff! What the hell are you thinking?" Hmmm, a little brutal, don't you think? How about just offering a shopping trip and giving encouraging tips in the change rooms if it bothers you that much.

I would probably drop subtle but relevant remarks about their choice in clothing!

No, I'd let them wear whatever they want to. But if I ever went shopping with them and they tried on something that didn't look good, I would tell them.

Maybe, I told one of my friends about that but she said that she can wear whatever she wants and that she doesn't care what other people think of her cloths.

I don't see why I'd say anything about it, I must really be bored to make somebody feel bad about their style. Obviously they're happy, and unless I say something to get them worrying, they will dwell in their state of bliss without my rude interruption. Happiness is bliss, and I won't be someone to ruin their good time.

I find that most people do just fine until some loudmouth confronts them with an objection (as governed by his burden of insecurity). This really should be kept to himself.

Your true friends are the ones who tell you that you look "fat in that". Gotta appreciate the honesty. ;)
