RFID chips are small tags that can electronically send reports about whatever it is monitoring. Stores use them to monitor inventory, and some restaurants use them to keep track of food expiration dates. But now schools in Japan are using them to keep track of where children are all the time, and in America some states are looking into imbedding these in driver's licenses, which would allow the government to keeps tabs on people's locations. Should they have just stuck with using the technology on non-living things?

I think we are getting closer and closer to complete and total control by the goverment the more "good ideas" they have the more likely it is going to end up like 1984 and big brother will tell us when ,what, where, and who to do.
Be very carefull people the goverment is not your friend
