def the xbox esp as you can remove the pants 8gb hard drive from it replace it with say a 120gb unit then with a special piece of software copy any game you put into it to that hard drive and hey presto you got it for as long as you want it.very handy!

PS2 had more of the games that I wanted when I bought it...that was when GTA 3 was only on PS2, so that's why I bought it. I don't give a crap about the X-Box having a hard drive, as I already have a personal computer, and my game console only serves as a game console. I would like to have an X-Box only to be able to play Project Gotham Racing...other than that, I don't care for it at all. |

I have both, but Ps2 is far better with graphics and the number of games it has.

Even if the Xbox has better graphics, the PS2 has many more good games. I don't play any games online, so the aspect of Xbox Live is totally lost on me. I have a PS2, a GC, and an Xbox. I play the PS2 all the time, my girlfriend occasionally turns on the GC, and the Xbox usually just sits there collecting dust unless someone comes over and wants to play Halo.

i'd have to say ps2 just for the shear (sp?) amount of games it has right now. but with the hardware the xbox has.. im sure it wont take long for it to start dominating

PS2 I love mine. There are so many more games and better picture plus im not into all the shoot 'em up games and PS has more girly ones i guess

Hey, Gamecube is my favorite!
But between PS2 and Xbox, I'd have to say PS2. The only reason people buy an Xbox is to play Halo or Halo2.
But everything for XBox eventually comes out for PC anyways, so there's no point.

xbox of course, besides it has XBox live witch is asome-however i think the PS3 will be the best for the next generation

Xbox graphics are so far ahead of PS2 graphics it's not even funny. And Halo 2 > all.
