A kid at my school a few years ago was expelled for this costume , while a "ghost" which looked just like a member of the KKK ( red cross and all) gets away with no trouble.

if an older kid (say teen) wanted to, I'd probably let them, as long as it was kept fairly tame. But then, they'd be dressing themselves. I wouldn't dress one as one though, no way in hell. |
