I rode the bus. I lived too far to walk to school or even ride a bike. I lived 15 minutes away from each school and that was only because of the freeways. Without the freeways it would have taken me 30 minutes to get to school.

My mum takes me to school in the car. And picks me up. i don't think the school bus goes to my area and it's way too far to walk.

I took the bus - my elementary school was close enough to walk probably but you'd have to cross a highway so I couldn't. And my junior high and high school were both way too far to walk. I rode the bus until I got my own car.

No such thing as a school bus where I live. It's not unheard of for kids to use regular public transport to get to school, but I always walked, since I've never lived further than a 10-15 minute walk from the school.

Both, actually. I walked to the nearest bus stop (somewhere between 1/2 and 3/4 miles from my house at the time), and took the bus the rest of the way.

pre-school - 2nd grade : I was dropped off.
3rd - 6th : Took the bus.
7th to nowadays : It's been hectic & we STILL haven't made a definite decision on it.

sometimes i rode the bus. sometimes i walked. sometimes my parents drove me. sometimes school was at home, and sometimes i lived at school. a couple times my dad pulled us in a sled cuz of a blizzard.
