they're not bad songs, but "top 10 movie songs of all time"? When was this list made, 1982?

There have been some much better songs made since then, and even if the feel these songs "deserve" to be the best, i just disagree. I don't care how popular, well-liked, or old the songs are, there are much better ones that should have been on that list.
