Why not, they taste better than chicken and they are not fed a lot of chemicals. In fact Muckrat burgers are a big hit in my community.

Yeah I'd try it. I have eaten rabbit before quite a few times and it was delicious. I think people are too prejudiced about the meats they eat. I mean, you cannot (as so far to medical knowledge) get a tapeworm for eating rabbit (dunno about muskrat), but you can from beef or pork. A they're big. I saw a massive picked one once.

yeah, a lot of the stuff we eat withought a 2nd thought has way funky, gross things done to it ( casae in point, McD's burgurs, or chic.nuggits)

HELL NO! my dad and his dad used to hunt. He tried to get me to eat bear,squrriel,deer,and all that other crap. Needless to say...vegetarian

First of all, eating beaver is one of my favorite pastimes, look215. Dirty humor aside, I'd take muskrat over a Big Mac any day. At least once, that is. If I don't like it, I wouldn't bother with it again. Hmmm...
I'd also like to try penguins and koalas, they look they would have really tender meat.
