I can usually hold it together. But sometimes, for whatever reason, I'll turn red and break out in a sweat, even in situations that aren't that bad.

I can maintain as long as I feel accepted. I've been to some parties where the people were all from much more refined backgrounds. When they start talking about what they did back at Yale, or having the Porsche in the shop, I get uncomfortable and lose my poise.

No way. That is the one word I don't think I'd ever use to describe myself. I'd say I'm laid back in situations where I'm comfortable, or when I don't care what people think of me, which is most of the time. As soon as I'm getting any sort of unanticipated attention, or in situations where I'm put on the spot, I become awkward and I blush for no reason.
