My bad.

I didn't say that all democrates liked her, but 56% of NY voters did. So, it's just foolish to say that most people do not like her. Of course a democrate is more likely to elected in a state that typically votes for the democratic pary, but NY is very important state with the second highest number of electoral votes.

I did not say most I said MANY, as in there may be enough who don't like her to lose the election. I have read and heard many political commentaries on this as well as talking to people in my area.
17 yrs ago, 11 mos ago - Thursday 9/9/04 - 10:39:56 AM EST (GMT-5)
If you read political commentaries written by people who lean to the conserative side they're going to say that Hillary doesn't have a shot, if you read commentaries by people who lead to the liberal side they're going to say the opposite.. Hell, people said she didn't have a prayer of winning the senate seat.

Bottom line, if Bush gets relected or Kerry f*cks up while in office, Hillary has a good chance of winning the democratic nomination in 2008 at least. It all depends who she runs against as to her chances of becoming president (for example she, or any other democrate really, won't be elected in Mccain runs).

No they are all man hating dikes! Mens rights will go right out the window if they get any kind of power what so ever.

Hillery is not the smartest woman. Just look at who she married. There is a whole host of woman that is smarter than her.
17 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Monday 11/29/04 - 4:34:09 PM EST (GMT-5)
Yep, Id vote for a sack of poop before Condi. I dont see what the big hate problem w/ Hillary is. She is so intellegent.
17 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Monday 11/29/04 - 4:39:16 PM EST (GMT-5)
Condoleezza Rice

Hillary would be as bad as Nader... *shudders at the thought*

17 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Monday 11/29/04 - 4:41:25 PM EST (GMT-5)
intellegent maybe, amyjoy, but some of the policies she supports I -well, let's just say STRONGLY- disagree with.
17 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Monday 11/29/04 - 4:46:57 PM EST (GMT-5)
Oh yeah, and I would vote for Nader so long as it doesnt put people like Bush back in office. Which policies dont you disagree with? I am just curious.
17 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Monday 11/29/04 - 5:04:38 PM EST (GMT-5)
Just a lot of the social policies and that sort. I just don't see myself voting for her over well, anyone but Nader in the futuer, but I can see how somepeople in certain situations would. I'm against many social programs due to poor regulation and the ease with which they can be manipulated and I don't appreciate my paycheck going to people who are too lazy to go to work. I know there are people who truely need it, but a good number of people who benifit from these programs don't need it.
17 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Monday 11/29/04 - 9:16:28 PM EST (GMT-5)
Then you should definantly stick w/ the Republican vote.
17 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Monday 11/29/04 - 9:19:32 PM EST (GMT-5)
I generally do.
17 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Tuesday 11/30/04 - 12:29:16 PM EST (GMT-5)
I can't think of a single woman in American politics who hasn't been alienated as a "bitch" for exhibiting the same strong characteristics men often do. We're still a long way from accepting a woman as the Presidential nominee for a major party, I'm afraid. More likely we will eventually get one as a VP first.
17 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Tuesday 11/30/04 - 12:32:58 PM EST (GMT-5)
Hillary would make a tremendous president.

She espouses so many of the ideals that made this country great.

I would vote for her twice if I could. I hope she runs and derails the Bush train (Jeb) once and for all!!!

17 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Friday 12/10/04 - 5:57:16 PM EST (GMT-5)
Condalisa Rice would make a good pres.

Its pretty depressing more than half of males who responded to this question said no.

As long as this blatantly sexist attitude exists, we dont have much of a chance. Totally pathetic.

17 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Monday 12/13/04 - 12:05:08 PM EST (GMT-5)
How is saying no to this question blatantly sexist? If one doesn't think that Condi or Hillary are suitable candidates, there don't seem to be many other choices that will allow someone to pick 'yes'.

17 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Monday 12/13/04 - 12:14:35 PM EST (GMT-5)
"Hillery is not the smartest woman. Just look at who she married."

I would think it would be intelligent for a woman to marry a man that she could mold to her whim relatively easily...

17 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Monday 12/13/04 - 3:16:47 PM EST (GMT-5)
^^
Don't they all?
17 yrs ago, 7 mos ago - Monday 1/10/05 - 9:17:45 AM EST (GMT-5)
I say your mom, cause she slept with everyone, so they'd all vote for her.

/no, of course I'm not talking to YOU.

Condi is a brilliant woman, but she hasn't really demonstrated her positions on domestic issues. She is a success in the world, in her life, in her policies, but no domestic experience.

Hillary is a celebrity, and it is pretty pathetic that she is thought of rather than Pelosi or Jackson-Lee or Feinstien by liberals. What has Hillary done? She is pro war, and more agressive about it than Bush, so I like that a lot. But how many pro war people are in favor of her?

17 yrs ago, 6 mos ago - Tuesday 1/25/05 - 11:31:29 PM EST (GMT-5)
WHY would anyone vote for Hillary? She wouldn't have time to both be President and keep Bill away from the fatass interns.

But more to the point, I don't think that there are currently any women in politics that I think would make a good president...except for maybe Elizabeth Dole, although she's pretty old and I don't even know if she's in politics anymore. I don't see any good reasons for Condoleeza Rice as President either.

I personally don't believe in voting for anyone that has been a big part of a prior administration (with the obvious exception of Vice President).
