Food warm! I've never had a problem keeping drinks cold... maybe that would apply in a warmer climate. During the summer.

When you bring the drinks home you could always put ice in them if they got to warm, but it's annoying to have to reheat food.

Keep the food warm. Drinks are easy enough to keep cold, if nothing else, hold em out the window
18 yrs ago, 7 mos ago - Thursday 12/25/03 - 3:37:20 PM EST (GMT-5)
The food warm. I've never understood the reason why drinks need to be a certain temperature.
18 yrs ago, 7 mos ago - Thursday 12/25/03 - 9:53:21 PM EST (GMT-5)
Definitely keep the food warm, unless the drinks have a lot of ice that's melting fast and you'll soon have a very watery very expensive coke.

keeping the drinks cold. once the ice melts it's just disgusting. and you can always microwave the food for a few seconds.
18 yrs ago, 7 mos ago - Tuesday 12/30/03 - 11:35:35 AM EST (GMT-5)
Food warm, I hate when I go to Mcdonalds and bring it home and the fries are cold. They put so much ice in the drinks you could have it sitting out for hours before it becomes warm.
18 yrs ago, 7 mos ago - Friday 1/2/04 - 6:13:21 AM EST (GMT-5)
I never order the 'menu' when I'm in McDonalds cos I know I won't drink the coke. I hate cold drinks. I hate that in freezing winter, when you go out at night to a bar you have to drink cold alcohol. If it was nice and warm I would be happier.

I WILL NOT eat warm soda. I usually wait for the food to get cold anyway (I like cold McDonalds Cheeseburgers)
18 yrs ago, 3 mos ago - Tuesday 5/4/04 - 7:23:14 PM EST (GMT-5)

17 yrs ago, 10 mos ago - Monday 9/20/04 - 12:18:28 PM EST (GMT-5)
Definitely food warm
17 yrs ago, 10 mos ago - Monday 9/20/04 - 12:28:13 PM EST (GMT-5)
Getting drinks is such a waste--I have drinks at home and getting one with my fast food meal is just unnecessary. That considered, I suppose I'd have to say keeping the food warm has a greater priority, even though I can easily just warm it up at home if it gets cold.
17 yrs ago, 10 mos ago - Monday 9/20/04 - 2:46:21 PM EST (GMT-5)
well, whenever I get fastfood 2 go I normally eat it in the car, but on the off chance I wouldn't eat it in the car I would definitely keep the food warm! B/c fast food doesn't taste good reheated AT ALL!
17 yrs ago, 10 mos ago - Monday 9/20/04 - 7:49:03 PM EST (GMT-5)
Both. Usually though, I don't do carry-out drinks. They could spill in the car. I often have my own stuff.
