We do! But this is a young company(ten years old), and Xmas bonus used to be £150 store vouchers, then dwindled to expense paid staff meal,this year a £20 hamper full of cheap French crap!

My company is non-profit, and thus cheap as hell. We get a $20 gift certificate to Hy-Vee. And it's not even MY Hy-Vee, it's one in the ghetto so it's expensive trying to make up for all the people with food stamps - it's not even worth my drive down there  |

We get a massive hamper at christmas time, and we each get 3 bonuses a year, which are a certain percentage of your wages depending on how lonf you have worked here for.
