AOL definately. They are great untill you have a problem. My account was hacked by a spammer using dial up. I'm using a cable modem, so the person was costing me about a buck a minute. The tech lady turned it around on me like it was my fault and she would not remove the charge from my account (Only $25 but still). I now use MSN for my email and I love it.

I used AOL forever and I don't like it. Some of the "special features" it has is kinda cool but not worth the BS. The other internet provider I have used is earthlink and that was even worse. Not I am using Verizon and I like it a lot.

The question should be "Is AOL the worst ISP?"

I've had the local phone company as my service provider, they sucked. Several times throughout a day the connection was lost.

Bah, I have AOL and I love it. I've had lots of other ISP's and they all suck. My mother has MSN, it's the next best...i think the worst is probably Juno or Netzero

Wow, everyone hates AOL. So do I, but it is a sad trend that it is so widely hated and yet so successful.

It would have to be our local ISP around here, Long Lines. They just suck major balls. They're so bad they give all DSL users 1 Mbit connections because they can't secure any connections at all and if you paid for a specific connection (like 256 kbit) you wouldn't actually ever receive that because the server isn't stable enough.
