Huh? I guess I cough into my arm if I'm trying to maintain a certain level of sterility/uncontamination (is that a word?) at work and don't have time/can't wash my hands or change gloves. Normally I just try not to get colds though.

Yes, but washing your hands frequently helps a lot. So does eating well and sleeping enough.

Why doesn't everybody cough into their arm and not their hands? You cough into your hand and then shake someone else's hand, or touch a door handle, gas pump, restaurant menu, etc... you're just spread your sh*t everywhere.
