Ah, yes. I played on travelling teams for years, and am still deciding whether or not I want to play for my school this year, my senior year. I hate softball. I've been forced to play for nine years.

I've played for 10 years so far and I plan to continue for awhile. I'm capable of playing and have played every position, but generally I'm either catcher or 2nd base.

I started playing baseball when I was 5 years old, that was 33 years ago. Played baseball into college, then switched to softball. Still play on the company team in a league.

Yes. I was left field and third base and shortstop and miserable. I hated it with a passion that cannot be described, but since my dad wanted me to be on the team, I lived through it for six years before I finally walked out during practice one day. It was great.

Nope, we don't play it only here.
We get to play rounders instead which is probably quite similar.
