yes but they got banned and i was tradeimng them and the said on the announcements that they were banned. my cards were promptly confiscated and i got them back at the end of the day

Yep. When I was 11 I was a huge fan. My cards are still in my room somewhere, I could probably sell 'em for alot now.

I just took advantage of the other stupid kids at our school- by buying packets of cards, and selling individual cards at net profit. Then buying more cards and doing the same. I brough a new TV and an inflatable armchair! When the craze collapsed, I was left with somewhere around 3000-5000 cards, some of which were really rare and are appriciating in value as I type. However, I did really like the games (stole 200-300 hours- almost as much as GCSE art homework) - although nowhere near as good as Final fantasy.

All my friends were into Pokemon, but I never watched the show or collected the cards. I thought that they had boy cooties.

when they came out i was in year 4. everyone was like omg theyre so kewl! and me and my friend stood at the side of the p[layground ignoring that crap and saying how shxt it was. the next day we came in with about 2 packets each haha. i had about 400 by the time the craze died down, and then i kept them til last year coz i was guna sell them, but i gave them to my brother instead. now he has about 1500 altogether because its back "in" apparently. total wanktards falling that dumb... omg my lil bro has the original pikachu omg hes so cute!! erm, i mean... ye the total wanks... yes... ill shutup

I still have the cards because I don't want to throw them out (they could be worth something someday). I don't buy any more of them or collect them, and I look back at all of the money spent on it with a cringe.
