I love crap like that. I watch them all the time. Cindy Crawford was the most appalling hostess ever, but it was still fun to watch her be crappy. I also like Joan River's show, Fashion Police, but unfortunately she's very old and conventional, so anytime someone wears anything the least bit unusual, she comes down hard on it. But it's still fun to watch.

Nah. I don't care that much about fashion.

I love that BBC show, What Not To Wear. It does in depth make overs of ordinary (meaning every type of body) people and follows them from the time they get up and get dressed for their interview with them to the final make over.

I love What Not to Wear too ... I like the BBC one a lot better than the American TLC does now. Wayne and Stacy are stupid and boring but Trinny and Susannah are funny and better at fashion I think. Wayne on TLC's dresses like a bum and has scraggly long gray hair but tells people they look like a mess?

The only one I like is Queer Eye For The Straight Guy.

I would, but I can just as easily be bored to tears by leaving the TV off and saving the electricity.
19 yrs ago - Wednesday 9/3/03 - 12:04:04 PM EST (GMT-5)
Not unless someone's holding a gun to my head, no.
19 yrs ago - Wednesday 9/3/03 - 12:06:32 PM EST (GMT-5)
I think that stuff is pure nonsense. Then again, I find myself watching wrestling every Monday night. Who the hell am I to say anything?
19 yrs ago - Wednesday 9/3/03 - 12:08:09 PM EST (GMT-5)
I'll admit that I am a sucker for makeover shows.
19 yrs ago - Wednesday 9/3/03 - 12:13:20 PM EST (GMT-5)
I hate Trinny and Susannah. they should be unhumanely destroyed.
19 yrs ago - Wednesday 9/3/03 - 1:47:00 PM EST (GMT-5)
I find them really amusing.
Especially Trinny and Susannah.
It seems like their worlds would end if someone dressed in an out of date fashion.

Once again, the 'beautiful people' firstly don't attract me and secondly tend to poo me. I coudn't stomach a show populated by people who think they are all that.
18 yrs ago, 11 mos ago - Tuesday 10/7/03 - 6:52:41 AM EST (GMT-5)
No.. I don't really give a crap about fashion.
18 yrs ago, 11 mos ago - Tuesday 10/7/03 - 8:34:40 AM EST (GMT-5)
No, I think they couldn't be anymore boring.
18 yrs ago, 11 mos ago - Tuesday 10/7/03 - 11:49:31 AM EST (GMT-5)
No, I'm not a big fashion person.
18 yrs ago, 11 mos ago - Tuesday 10/21/03 - 9:17:57 PM EST (GMT-5)
I dont watch TV...but if I did...I probably wouldnt watch it...
18 yrs ago, 10 mos ago - Tuesday 10/28/03 - 2:04:32 PM EST (GMT-5)
I love What Not to Wear, just because Trinny & Susannah are such, uh, bitches.
And I actually did learn some stuff from them!
18 yrs ago, 10 mos ago - Monday 11/10/03 - 6:25:51 AM EST (GMT-5)
That's just demeaning crap.
18 yrs ago, 10 mos ago - Monday 11/10/03 - 11:08:05 AM EST (GMT-5)
How is it demeaning to help people and make them feel better about themselves? I'm sure it's very rewarding to see someone increase their confidence and feel good about how they look, even if looks themselves are superficial.
18 yrs ago, 10 mos ago - Monday 11/10/03 - 11:09:56 AM EST (GMT-5)
Oh! But I do have to say I'm glad it looks like TLC's 'What Not to Wear' got rid of Wayne. That new guy (Clint??) is MUCH better. The casting director must have been smoking crack when they picked Wayne to give fashion advice
18 yrs ago, 10 mos ago - Tuesday 11/11/03 - 3:52:06 AM EST (GMT-5)
No... it's pushing individuals to behave in such a way who they are not. Be this, do that ... that sort of thing. Think about it.
18 yrs ago, 10 mos ago - Tuesday 11/11/03 - 4:37:40 AM EST (GMT-5)
what not to wear is funny because T & S tell others they look like c**p but they look terrible too.
18 yrs ago, 10 mos ago - Tuesday 11/11/03 - 10:55:22 AM EST (GMT-5)
Obviously you've never watched the show then sal ... they ALWAYS let people have their own style, and never make comments about body issues. All they do is show you how to buy things you like that also flatter you. There's nothing wrong with that at all.
