I see nothing wrong with it. Is she offering money for it? It didn't really say. She is just asking for doners. Now in South America there is organ doner trading going on--for cash, and that is different.

Yeah I don't think she's paying, she's just trying to find a donor. I think I'd do the same thing if I'd been waiting a decade - kidneys really should be the easiest thing to find; almost every person alive could spare one.

I don't see anything wrong with it. If she can find someone willing to donate her one of their kidneys it would help her stay alive and the other person wouldn't be any worse off from it, save some recuperation time in the hospital.
